Payment Options?
-Credit/debit card (3% processing fee).
-Venmo (no processing fee; only non-card option accepted).
-Payment plans available (see below).

Why Would I Want a Transcription?
A transcription lets you revisit the language and imagery of your session in detail, long after the live experience. Many clients find a written record grounding, especially when emotions run high in the moment. Transcriptions are delivered within two weeks of your session.

When is Payment Due?
Payment (or first installment of a plan) is due within 48 hours of booking to hold your session. If not received then, the slot will be released.

Card on File Requirement?
All clients must keep a valid credit/debit card on file in our secure, PCI-compliant processor. This card is used as backup for payment plan installments, late cancellations, no-shows, and any outstanding balances. By booking, you authorize charges in accordance with these policies.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy?
-48+ hours notice: Full refund minus $25 processing fee.
-24-48 hours notice: 50% refund.
-Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund (exceptions considered in cases of extreme illness/crisis).
-One free reschedule with 48+ hours notice. Additional reschedules subject to $25 fee.

Payment Plans?
Available for most session types. Standard: 50% down, with the remainder split over 2–3 installments. Installments are processed automatically via Venmo or your card on file. If an installment is missed/defaulted on, the full outstanding balance will be charged to the card, and future sessions may be canceled until resolved.

Sliding Scale Sessions?
Limited sliding scale sessions ($0-$150) are available as part of our regularly released appointment openings for those experiencing financial hardship.

Technical Issues Policy?
If you experience payment processing problems, contact us immediately. We'll hold your slot for 24 hours while resolving technical difficulties.
