In these terms, "you" and "sitter" refer to the individual booking or receiving services from Wilder Within. "Practitioner" refers to Awen Wilder / Wilder Within.

WHO WE ARE
Awen Wilder is a professional name used by the Practitioner for mediumship and spiritual services. This name and the Wilder Within brand are distinct from any other professional identities, practices, or licensed services the Practitioner may hold. Engaging with Wilder Within does not create a professional relationship of any kind with any other practice operating under a different name.

NATURE OF SERVICES
Wilder Within provides mediumship, intuitive, and related spiritual services for entertainment, spiritual exploration, and educational purposes only. Sessions are experiments in communication and connection — not guarantees of outcome. No specific spirit, guide, ancestor, or being can be guaranteed to communicate during a session. All information received during a session is subject to your own interpretation and discernment.

These services do not constitute legal, medical, financial, psychological, or psychiatric advice and should never be used as a substitute for professional care in any of these areas. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, call 911 or contact a licensed mental health professional.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
By booking a session or engaging with Wilder Within in any capacity, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older

  • You are not in acute psychological distress

  • You are not under the influence of alcohol or substances

  • You understand that any decisions made based on information received during a session are solely your own responsibility

  • You release Awen Wilder and Wilder Within from any and all liability arising from your participation in these services

NO GUARANTEES
Results cannot be predicted or guaranteed. Mediumship is by nature experimental, uncertain, and subject to conditions beyond the Practitioner's control. Payment (or donation) is for the Practitioner's time — not for a specific outcome or result.

CONFIDENTIALITY
All session content is treated as confidential. The Practitioner will not share identifying information about sitters without explicit consent, except where required by law. The Practitioner may, with your explicit prior written consent, use anonymized or fictionalized elements of session content in creative writing, memoir, or other published work. No identifying details will be included without your separate, specific consent. You are never obligated to grant this permission, and declining does not affect your access to services in any way.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
Wilder Within reserves the right to decline services to anyone at any time, for any reason, without obligation to explain.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued engagement with Wilder Within following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
